**Job Description:**

- Provide intensive, patient-focused, and specialized rehabilitation services in a state-of-the-art, 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
- Deliver customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the needs of patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.
- Aim to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of patients through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
- Perform an average of 6 hours of treatment time per day with a patient ratio of 4-5 patients.
- Work collaboratively within the Therapy Services department, maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Participate in a weekend rotation every 2-3 weekends alongside Physical Therapy Assistants and Speech-Language Pathologists.
- No call requirements.
- Use Cerner electronic health records system.
- Engage effectively with a patient population that includes geriatric and adult individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI), spinal cord injuries (SCI), and orthopedic trauma.
- Report to the supervisor upon arrival and adhere to facility protocols.
