**Job Description:**

- Delegate responsibility to Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
- Focus on patient-centered care, utilizing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation aligned with physical therapy standards, physician orders, and governing policies.
- Evaluate patient function through formal and informal testing to assess skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status.
- Develop goal-specific treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance to execute the prescribed treatment plan.
- Submit written treatment plans to be included in the plan of treatment and coordinate with the physician, updating as needed to reflect changes in patient status.
- Co-sign verbal orders received by Physical Therapist Assistants when necessary.
- Create a treatment schedule, specifying frequency and duration, to be discussed with patients, families, and caregivers, and coordinate with clinical support staff.
