**Must-Have:** Epic charting system experience

**Job Description:**

- Therapists can choose between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days.
- Schedule includes 14 evaluations per week, with the remainder of the schedule for treatment sessions.
- Chart review time is allocated twice daily for 8-hour shifts and three times daily for 10-hour shifts.
- Conduct one-on-one treatment sessions, primarily 60-minute evaluations and 30 to 60-minute treatments.
- Treat approximately 70% orthopedic and 30% neurological patients.
- Collaborate with pelvic health, lymphedema, LSVT, chronic pain, and vestibular therapists.
- Provide care for a variety of diagnoses, with referrals primarily from a local orthopedic MD office.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team care with PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs.
- Complete both hospital and department orientation before starting patient care.
- Receive additional charting time during the initial weeks.
- Adhere to business casual dress code.
- A COVID-19 vaccine is not required; however, the flu vaccine is required, with medical/religious exemptions available.
- Compliance with fit testing requirements is necessary.
- Compliance deadlines and fit testing policies applicable.

Please note that no local candidates within a 75-mile radius will be accepted for this position. Candidates will not be required to float to sister facilities within their scope.
