**Job Description:**
- Provide outpatient therapy and rehabilitation services
- Deliver patient care with a focus on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment strategies and home exercises
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare policies
- Orientation period consists of 16 hours on initial onboarding
