**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services to patients within the healthcare setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and exercises.
- Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet patient goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of therapy programs.
