- Demonstrated accountability and skills in assessment/evaluation, decision-making, and time management

**Job Description:**

- Assess and treat neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems by physical or mechanical means to maintain or restore function impaired by injury or disease.
- Responsible for pain management and promotion of mobility and health as prescribed by the physician.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the plan of care collaboratively with the patient, their family, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Perform and direct the administration of all physical therapy modalities.
- Maintain a clean, well-lit, ventilated, smoke-free environment.
- Manage potential exposure to communicable diseases, combative patients, and hazardous chemicals.
- Handle strained professional relationships and work in a potentially stressful environment.
- Maintain good physical condition with the ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Lift, position, and transfer patients, manipulate occupied equipment, and lift supplies or equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Manage potential strains from lifting heavy patients and equipment.
