**Job Description:**
- Assess and treat neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems by physical or mechanical means
- Maintain or restore function impaired by injury or disease; manage pain and promote mobility and health as prescribed by the referring physician
- Develop, implement, and monitor the plan of care for the individual served
- Perform and direct the administration of all physical therapy modalities
- Collaborate throughout the process with the patient, their family, and the interdisciplinary team
- Work under the supervision of the Director/Manager of Sports Medicine
- Maintain the ability to operate in a clean, well-lighted, ventilated, smoke-free environment
- Handle the potential exposure to communicable diseases, combative patients, and hazardous chemicals
- Sustain good physical condition, with prolonged standing and walking
- Lift, position, and transfer patients; manipulate equipment and lift supplies or equipment up to 50 lbs.
