**Job Description:**
- Work within an outpatient clinic in a hospital setting from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Conduct patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans to facilitate goal achievement.
- Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Adapt and modify treatment plans based on patient response and progress.
- Follow mandatory health regulations, including COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements.
- Travel compliance requires applicants to be over 65 miles from the facility address.
- Utilize American Heart Association certifications and uphold facility-specific requirements.
- Participate in a robust orientation program, assisting in seamless integration into the team.
**Additional Information:**
- Approved medical or religious exemptions for COVID-19 vaccination required
- No exemptions accepted for the flu vaccine
- References from managers/supervisors (excluding Charge RNs) to be obtained for clearance.
- NURSYS reports for registered nurses need to be current within four weeks of the submission date.
- Candidate should be prepared for certification requirements, specific to Emergency Room nursing staff.
