**Experience:** Graduate of a Physical Therapy program

**License:** Physical Therapist license

**Certifications:** Active BLS (American Heart Association)

**Must-Have:** Experience with EPIC charting

**Job Description:**
- Conduct evaluations and patient treatments
- Utilize typical therapy modalities, including Meditech
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer service
- Participate in a general orientation, Planetree education, and department-specific training within the first 90 days
- Adhere to the business dress code
- Be assigned a department mentor to assist with orientation and competency development
- Flexible scheduling with negotiable hours (e.g., 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
