**Experience:** Graduate of PT program; experience with EPIC charting

**License:** PT license

**Certifications:** BLS (must be AHA)

**Must-Have:** Active PT license, Active BLS (AHA), experience with EPIC charting

**Job Description:**
- Conduct evaluations and provide patient treatments
- Utilize typical therapy modalities and document sessions
- Deliver exemplary customer service
- Use Meditech and other therapy equipment
- Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with flexible scheduling available; required to work 3-4 weekends per year
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the business dress code
- Participate in general orientation, Planetree education, department orientation, and competency assessment within the first 90 days
- Engage with a department mentor for guidance and support
