**Job Title:** Outpatient Physical Therapist

**Shift:** Flexible, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Outpatient experience preferred; Open to new graduates and first-time travelers

**License:** Valid physical therapy license required

**Certifications:** Applicable certifications as required by state regulations

**Must-Have:** Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, willingness to float to other clinics as needed

**Job Description:**

- Deliver exceptional patient care in a general orthopedic setting
- Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
- Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day
- Handle double-booking of follow-up visits when necessary
- Participate in cross-functional teams and clinics
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to clinic/hospital policies and procedures
- Seek approval from the director for any additional hours worked
- Open to potential floating to nearby clinics on occasion
