**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
- Treat a general orthopedic patient population
- Manage a caseload with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- See an average of 12-14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Adhere to all compliance guidelines and procedures
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive team environment
- Flexibility to float to other clinics occasionally, including the potential to work in Hickory, NC
