**Job Description:**

- May need to float to nearby clinics depending on any staff model changes.
- Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
- Responsible for seeing 12-14 patients per day.
- Expected to double-book follow-up visits.
- Approval required from director before working additional hours.
