**Job Description:**

- Ensure that the prescreen is completed and attached prior to submission.
- Attach a resume and verify the license upon submission.
- References required (three).
- Conduct a county criminal search (7 years for all locations lived and worked).
- Conduct a federal criminal search (7 years or more).
- Conduct a multi-state criminal search (7 years or more).
- Conduct a nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more).
- Perform an HHS/OIG Search.
- Perform a GSA Search.
- Conduct a social security number trace.
- Complete a 2-step PPD or Quantiferon test or provide proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray.
- Conduct an SAM Search.
- Complete a Washington State background check with fingerprints (run by facility).

This position has normal urgency. Bilingual capability and holiday coverage are not required.
