**License:** Valid, current, full, and unrestricted physical therapy license from any state, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
**Must-Have:**
- Bachelor's degree from a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Ability to meet requirements to be credentialed to serve on the Medical Staff
**Job Description:**
- Provide quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population for the treatment or prevention of physical disability or disease.
- Manage and implement physical therapy programs and evaluate and treat both inpatient (regular work week, and weekend rotation) and outpatient services for patients from birth through geriatric age.
- Deliver specialty services, including wound care, prosthetic and orthotic clinic, geriatric clinic, high school clinic, functional clinic, spinal cord clinic, assistive technology/adaptive equipment evaluation/treatment, and Durable Medical Equipment Prosthetic Orthotic Supply Program.
- Lead the development of the physical therapy section, focusing on continuous quality improvement, risk management, and safety.
- Prepare for accreditation, provide staff education, conduct reporting, facilitate staff meetings, and offer in-services.
- Fulfill responsibilities as listed on the Medical Staff Credentialing Core Privileges form.
- Work in a culturally rich environment serving Native American tribes, aiding in the provision of comprehensive inpatient/outpatient emergency services, dental and ophthalmology services, orthopedics, OB/GYN, oral surgery, eye surgery, and urological procedures.
- Participate in orientation sessions every two weeks.
- Understand that COVID-19 vaccinations are mandatory, with medical exemptions requiring approval from the medical review board.

- The position requires holiday coverage.
