**Job Title:** Physical Therapist (PT) **Job Specialty:** Outpatient Rehabilitation Pediatric - Physical Therapy **Job Duration:** 18 months **Shift:** Day - 10x4 - 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM **Guaranteed Hours:** 37 hours per week **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of Pediatric Physical Therapy experience required **License:** Licensed with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy **Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) **Must-Have:** - 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience - Experience in an outpatient setting - Capability to learn quickly and adapt **Job Description:** - Work in Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation, treating approximately 9 patients per day. - Handle common pediatric diagnoses such as developmental delays, cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, and hydrocephalus. - Participate in a half-day department-specific orientation and 1-week shadowing with limited cases. - Maintain a collaborative spirit in a young, dynamic team. - Engage with available outdoor activities in the area. - Abide by the radius rule of 50 miles from the facility's location. - Utilize the Epic Systems Corporation's EpicCare Inpatient EMR for charting. - Work a block schedule from Monday to Friday, with no weekends or holiday shifts required. - Dress in business casual with closed-toed shoes.
