Job Details:
Pay: $ (to be updated)

Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks
Positions Open: 1
Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
First-Timers Accepted: No
Weekend REQ: 1 weekend shift per contract
Is On-Call REQ?: No
Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No
Open to accommodating block schedule?: No
Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 25-50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
Pending License Accepted: Yes
Guaranteed Hours: Per contract, facility can call off UP TO one shift per pay period (every two weeks) if needed -
Special Requirements - Traveler is expected to have their own transportation; Traveler will need both OR and WA licensure
System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time.

Active Unrestricted OR/WA License
Traveler will need both OR and WA licensure
Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of skilled home health experience is required
Active BLS via American Heart Association
Skills REQ: Start of Care, Admissions, Case Management, Recertification, Urinary Catheter Insertion / Management, Wound Care , Phlebotomy Skills, Negative Pressure
Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
