**Job Description:**

- Flexible scheduling options available, with the possibility of working Monday through Friday, with either 5 x 8-hour shifts or 4 x 10-hour shifts. Includes one Saturday per month with a flex day off during the week.
- Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with other employees.
- Gain experience in multiple settings, including Outpatient (Ortho and Neuro), Inpatient, and IRF, while working alongside a diverse and experienced team.
- Utilize equipment such as Lite Gait, BITS, Nustep, and IASTM.
- Document using Meditech and paper charts.
- Participate in a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment with other PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs, and RNs.
- Focus on one-on-one patient care, with productivity expectations below the national average at 75-80%.
