**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services and interventions for patients based on the care plan.
- Evaluate and assess patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Document patient care accurately in the Cerner system.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Work every 4th weekend, with no holiday commitments.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
