**Job Description:**

- Alternating 8-hour shifts: 07:00-15:30 or 10:30-19:00
- Work with patients diagnosed with conditions such as cervicalgia, low back pain, post-operative cases, spinal conditions, and more
- Manage rehabilitation programs for patients with cognitive disorders, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury
- Develop home exercise programs and conduct patient family education
- Utilize special equipment including Alter G, parallel bars, squat rack, Game Ready, E-stim, and low mat tables
- Treat patient diagnoses such as CVA, amputee, TBI, Parkinson's, MSK pain, post-op cases including TKA, RCR, arthroscopic surgery, and fusion
- Requires Flu vaccine compliance with no exemptions
