**Job Description:**
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
- Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
- See 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
- Obtain prior approval for any overtime hours from the director.
