Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,655 Per Week

Certification Details OK State License or compact BLS - AHA Job Details The Physical Therapy Assistant's primary function is to perform selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. The Assistant will treat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with patient's medical needs and with an approved treatment plan and will understand their limitations as an assistant. The assistant will assist in maintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. The assistant will complete all documentation of daily notes and discharge data. Patients cared for may include infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adult, and geriatric. Job Requirements Work History Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years Schedule Information Orientation - Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays. Travelers will expect about 6 hours worth of modules to complete prior to start. If modules are completed prior to their initial start date Comanche will compensate them.
