Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1440.00 - $1660.00

PTA needed asap for 13 weeks
Monday to Friday w/ one Saturday a month
Facility Setting? Inpatient Rehab
1-2 years experience
MS lic required
Number of beds in your facility? 15
Preferred experience level? Yes. 3 years. Neuro focus
EMR for your facility: EPIC
Scrub colors / dress code: scrubs
Parking Location: adjacent to hospital

Required QualificationsPhysical Therapist Assistant, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PTA(Compact Accepted)
SSN Required
DOB Required
