Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Patient Type: Adult and Geriatric Patients
Shift: Days (Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday)
Hours: 40 hours per week - 5x 8hr shifts
OT: OT Available
EMR: Nethealth
Number of Patients per day: 8-12
