Job Details:



Pay: $2469.60 per week


Duration of assignment: 13 weeks


Positions Open: 1


Shift: Mon - Fri 9 -530


36 hours weekly guarantee


 Wide range of patients


Volume: 8 - 10 patients per clinician


45 minute appointments for our patients



 

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted IL License


Active BLS certification through American Heart Association


Must have at least 2 year of experience


Pediatric experience preferred


Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
