Job Details:



Pay: $2800 per week 


Duration of assignment: 13 weeks


Shift: Days


40 hours weekly guarantee


Performs evaluations, diagnostic testing, and treatment of all patients as prescribed by a referring physician



 

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted IA License


Active BLS certification


Must have at least 1 year of experience


Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
