**Must-Have:** Experience in an acute rehab unit; proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Epic

**Job Description:**

- Work within a rehabilitation unit with an 18-bed capacity
- Deliver therapeutic services to patients in an acute rehab setting
- Collaborate with a team to create and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EMR system
- Adhere to facility dress code, wearing Caribbean Blue scrubs or business casual attire
- Report directly to on-site contact, available for guidance and coordination
