**Job Description:**
- Ensure all prescreen and credentialing documents are completed and submitted
- Perform physical therapy interventions as directed by a physical therapist
- Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic treatments
- Conduct routine treatments to help patients meet their rehabilitation goals
- Maintain and update patient records with treatment details
- Follow the state and facility guidelines and practices for patient care
- Comply with all safety, health, and medical regulations
- Present negative COVID-19 test result taken 72 hours prior to the start date
