**Job Description:**

- Provide therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
- Assist physical therapists in delivering therapeutic treatments and exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and document findings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and healthcare regulations.
- Participate in 16-hour non-billable orientation prior to starting the role.
- Adapt to the dynamic hospital environment, demonstrating flexibility and empathy.
- Travel experience is preferred but not required.
