**Shift:** Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours/week

**Experience:** 1 year required

**License:** Oklahoma PTA License or Compact License

**Certifications:** BLS, PTA

**Must-Have:**
- EPIC Charting Experience

**Job Description:**
- Provide physical therapy care as led by the supervising physical therapist for home treatments.
- Conduct home exercise programs, lifting and transfer activities.
- Educate patients and families on safety and injury prevention.
- Schedule appointments and manage telephonic communications.
- Carry out ultrasounds and wound care.
- Maintain good communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrate effective time management.

**Preferred Experience:**
- Acute care, LTAC, outpatient clinic, pediatrics, rehabilitation hospital, school system, SNF, geriatrics, med-surg, ortho, peds, and lymphedema.

**Additional Information:**
- First-timers are accepted.
- Orientation: 40 hours.
- Must work every other weekend.
- Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only.
- Compliance for start date requires meeting the deadline on the Wednesday before the initial start date.
- Fit testing compliance required.
- Return policy for permanent employees requires a one-year wait before returning as a traveler.
- Must provide RTO requests with no more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract.
- Background checks required, no medical marijuana cards accepted.
