**Guaranteed Hours:** 32 hours per week

**Experience:** New graduates are welcome; skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

**Certifications:** CPR (fundamental facilities)

**Must-Have:**

- Completion of prescreen
- Resume and license verification
- Covid test within 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours prior

**Job Description:**

- Ensure prescreen is completed and attached upon submitting your application.
- Attach all required documents such as resume and license verification.
- Conduct a Covid test 72 hours before the start date and ensure results are issued 48 hours prior to the start date.
- Participate in the following credentialing checks:
- State license verification
- Provide three references
- County and federal criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked)
- Multi-state criminal search (7 years or more)
- Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more)
- HHS/OIG and GSA searches
- Social Security Number trace
- Step PPD or Quantiferon, or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray
- SAM Search
- Texas DADS
- Negative drug screen results
- Position requires normal urgency.
