**Job Description:**
- Conduct physical therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercise routines and monitor their progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
- Comply with safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans.
- Perform documentation of patient care activities.
- HHS/OIG and GSA Search completion required.
- Conduct Social Security Number Trace.
- Multi-State Criminal Search and County Criminal Check (covering the last 7 years).
- Nationwide Sex Offender Search (covering the last 7 years).
- Complete SAM Search and Good Moral Character Affidavit.
- COVID-19 test required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours before starting.
