Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks

Experience: Minimum of 2 years required; first-timers not accepted

License: State license required at the time of submission

Certifications: BLS Certification required

Must-Have:

Job Description:
- Participate in therapy and rehabilitation services for home health patients
- Provide care for cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, medical surgical, orthopedics
- Work with adaptive devices and perform AROM/AAROM/PROM exercises
- Conduct assessments for arousal and attention, pain, sensory response, and skin integrity
- Perform strength testing and vital signs monitoring
- Demonstrate breathing techniques and body mechanics
- Identify environmental barriers and educate patients and families
- Use assistive devices like gait belts, rolling walkers, and sliding boards
- Handle total hip and knee replacement recovery care
- Support home exercise programs and assist in lifting and transfers
- Manage medications and order supplies
- Schedule appointments and make telephone calls as needed
- Document patient care using EPIC charting system
- Mileage will be reimbursed with a 40-80 miles territory radius
- Required to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day)
- Required to be fit tested as part of compliance requirements
