**Job Description:**

- Provide support and assistance to the physical therapist in implementing treatment programs.
- Assist patients in performing exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the physical therapist.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and activities that can be done at home to aid recovery.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy area.
