**Job Description:**

- Split responsibilities between two facilities.
- Rehab Optima experience is preferred.
- Conduct county criminal background check for the past 7 years for all counties of residence and employment.
- Conduct federal criminal background check for the past 7 years or more.
- Conduct multi-state criminal search for the past 7 years or more.
- Conduct nationwide sex offender search for the past 7 years or more.
- Conduct HHS/OIG search.
- Conduct GSA search.
- Perform Social Security Number Trace.
- Complete 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon test.
- Conduct SAM search.
- Complete background check in the relevant state.
- Ensure Hepatitis B vaccination.
