Job Description:
- Assist in providing physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist.
- Collaborate with the physical therapist to execute treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and response to therapy accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure equipment and therapy area are clean and organized.
- Adhere to facility protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient-related information.
- Note in submission if the candidate is vaccinated or requires a medical or religious exemption.

Candidates must be able to adapt quickly in a rapid response crisis and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual capability is not required, and holiday coverage is not mandatory.
