**Job Description:**

- Assist in the implementation of rehabilitation programs for patients as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Aid patients in completing therapeutic exercises and stretches.
- Monitor patients' progress and document treatment outcomes.
- Maintain equipment and ensure therapy areas are clean and organized.
- Provide support and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to optimize patient care and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and progress updates.
