**Job Title:** Physical Therapy Assistant

**Guaranteed Hours:** 32 hours per week

- Completion of prescreening form
- Resume and license verification attached
- COVID-19 test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior

**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy support under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities as prescribed by the physical therapist.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
- Ensure a clean and safe therapy environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain patient confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance on therapy equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current in the field of physical therapy.
