**Job Description:**

- Perform physical therapy treatments in a Long-Term Care setting.
- Utilize computers, documentation systems, and standard therapy equipment.
- Work weekdays only, with no on-call duties.
- Wear scrubs or business casual attire.
- Participate in training on documentation systems; department values teamwork and support.
- Responsible for floating within the Long-Term Care unit if necessary.
- Engage in an orientation program and have access to continuous support for questions throughout the assignment.
