Job Details:



Pay: $ (to be updated)


Specialty: Physical Therapist Assistant


Day shift; Monday to Friday, No weekend rotation


32 - 35 hours weekly guarantee


Setting: 400 beds: LTC unit 40, AL 100, ILF 250-275. 2 Licensed buildings with AL and another AL/LTC unit and AL dementia unit


Full time Activity dept staff for the Licensed buildings that offer off site trips/activities often corroborated with Rehab Services.

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted NH License


BLS via American Heart Association – required


Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
