**Guaranteed Hours:** 32 hours per week

**Experience:** New graduates are welcome. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.

**License:** State license verification required

**Certifications:**
- 8 hours of dementia training
- 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray

**Must-Have:**
- Resume and license verification attached upon candidate submission
- Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results available 48 hours prior to the start date
- Three references required
- Comprehensive background checks including:
- County criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked)
- Federal criminal (7 years or more)
- Multi-state criminal search (7 years or more)
- Nationwide sex offender search
- HHS/OIG search
- GSA search
- Social Security Number trace
- SAM search
- CORI Massachusetts background check

**Job Description:**
- Assist physical therapists in providing therapy services
- Support patients during rehabilitation exercises and programs
- Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
- Adhere to all protocols and regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
- Participate in continuing education and training as required to stay current in the field
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
