**Guaranteed Hours:** 32 hours per week

**Experience:** New graduates are welcome; Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

**License:** State license verification required

**Certifications:** Bilingual and holiday coverage not required

**Must-Have:**
- State License Verification
- Resume
- Three References
- COVID test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours before start date

**Job Description:**
- Ensure prescreen is completed and attached when submitting the candidate
- Attach resume and license verification; candidates without these will be declined
- Conduct background checks including:
- County Criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked)
- Federal Criminal (7 years or more)
- Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more)
- Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more)
- HHS/OIG Search
- GSA Search
- Social Security Number Trace
- Perform health screenings, including 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and Chest X-Ray
- SAM Search
