**Experience:** New graduates are welcome. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.

**License:** State license verification required.

**Certifications:** Proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test (72 hours before start date), 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon, or proof of positive PPD and Chest X-Ray.

**Job Description:**

- Ensure prescreen form is filled out and attached when submitting candidacy.
- Attach resume and license verification; candidates missing these documents will be declined.
- COVID-19 test required 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours before.
- Conduct comprehensive background checks including County Criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked), Federal Criminal (7 years or more), Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more), Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more), HHS/OIG Search, GSA Search, and Social Security Number Trace.
- Mandatory Virginia State Police Background check and Mandated Reporter Form submission.
- Complete Sworn Statement.
