PT (Physical Therapist)


Duration: 13 weeks


Shift Info: Day, 8 hours


Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted NE License 


Must have at least 1 year of recent and relevant experience after graduation


Active BLS via American Heart Association


Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
