**Job Description:**

- Assist physical therapists in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures.
- Participate in patient assessment and treatment planning.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report to the physical therapist.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Conduct therapy sessions personalized to each patient's needs.
- Uphold professional ethics and standards in all interactions.
- Complete necessary credentialing checks, including background checks and health screenings.
