Physical Therapist


Duration: 13 weeks


Shift Info: Variable


Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week


Positions Open: 1


Active Therapy Department at a Critical Access Hospital. Will do both inpatient and outpatient services


Will assist candidate in finding housing



 

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted MT PT License 


Active BLS via American Heart Association


Must have at least 2 years of experience 


Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
