PT (Physical Therapist)


Duration: 13 weeks


Shift Info: 10 hr - Day


Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted OR License


Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR


Active BLS via American Heart Association


Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
