**Job Description:**

- Current contract end on 11/09/2024 with new start date of 11/10/2024 and new end date on 02/01/2025.
- Scheduled days off (RTO): 11/14, 11/15, 11/18, 12/23.
- Modified time: 11/10/2024 at 5:00 AM.
- Orientation: 16 non-billable hours.

- Strong communication and organizational skills required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide high-quality care and therapeutic support to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain and update patient records with accurate observations and progress notes.
- Adhere to professional guidelines and protocols for patient safety and care.
