**Job Description:**
- Assist Physical Therapists in providing therapy services
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
- Prepare equipment and treatment areas for therapy sessions
- Collaborate with the therapy team to develop patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families about treatment plans and progress
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Follow all regulatory and facility guidelines
- Stay current with therapy techniques and practices
