**Job Description:**

- Candidates must ensure all prescreening paperwork is completed and attached before submission.

- Complete a background check, including:
- County Criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked)
- Federal Criminal (7 years or more)
- Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more)
- Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more)
- HHS/OIG Search
- GSA Search
- Social Security Number Trace
- Complete a 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon test or provide proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray.
- SAM Search required.
- Candidates will undergo an Oregon State Background check (facility run).
- Ensure results for the Covid test are ready 48 hours prior to the start date.
